Buying process was ok, but have had the vehicle a little over a month (2014 Chevy equinox) and the check engine light have come on twice. First time was in the Greenville Chevrolet dealership service dept for 3 days and was told everything was fine they could not get it to "recreate" the issue. So the next week check engine light is back on AGAIN. They have now had my the car, which I have had for a little over a month, for 3 days again and are saying "we have no idea what the problem is" and are keeping the vehicle through the weekend and will continue to "work on the issue and I will be the first to know when they find the issue".

I would have liked more updates and however, I know this isn't a Chevrolet problem but Warranty Solutions was not easy to deal with and didn't fix all the problems that we had. We were persuaded by Greenville Chevrolet to purchase this Warranty and I do not feel they took care of our needs. I feel that they have placed a bandaid on the issue until our warranty runs out. Also, CHEVROLET needs to learn how to build a transmission!
